About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and highly organized Admin + Executive Assistant (EA) to Director who can manage the Director’s daily schedule, meetings, communication, follow-ups, and provide strong administrative support across our group companies (Ashapura Agrocomm, Bazana & TradeBridge).
This role requires excellent coordination, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Assistant Support- Manage Director’s calendar, appointments, and schedules
- Coordinate internal and external meetings and ensure timely follow-ups
- Prepare meeting notes, MOMs, reports, and presentations
- Draft emails and official communication on behalf of the Director
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and approvals
Travel & Coordination- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, local transport)
- Prepare travel itinerary and support logistics coordination
- Coordinate with department heads for updates and reporting
Office Administration- Manage office operations, vendors, housekeeping, pantry, and maintenance
- Handle office inventory, stationery, and asset coordination
- Support in vendor quotations, purchase coordination, and documentation
Documentation & Reporting- Maintain proper filing and documentation (physical + digital)
- Support MIS and admin-related reporting as required
Required Skills- Strong communication skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
- Good command over MS Office / Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and handle pressure
- Professional attitude with high confidentiality
Preferred Candidate- Prior experience working as EA to Director / Senior Management
- Experience in corporate office admin operations
- Presentable, detail-oriented, and proactive personality
