Job Summary:
The Outlet Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in the hotel's dining outlets. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and present menus.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Ensure tables are properly set and clean.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Process payments and issue receipts.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a server or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus and service standards.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
