Leasing Agent (1099 – Commission-Based, Remote)
Compensation:
- $1,000/month stipend
- $400 per signed lease (success fee)
- $2,500 quarterly performance bonus

About the Role
We’re looking for a driven, self-managed Leasing Agent to handle inbound leads, coordinate showings, and convert prospects into signed leases. This is a fully remote, commission-based role designed for someone who thrives on performance and flexibility.
What You’ll Do
- Respond quickly to rental inquiries (calls, texts, emails, and online leads)
- Pre-screen prospective tenants
- Schedule and coordinate property showings (virtual and/or in-person as needed)
- Guide applicants through the leasing process
- Follow up consistently to convert leads into signed leases
- Track and manage your pipeline of prospects
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Sales-minded with a focus on closing deals
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Prior leasing, real estate, or sales experience preferred
