Purpose Of The Position
- Specification, coordination and management of the innovation strategy, innovation processes and technology trends to strengthen the competitiveness of production and logistics
- Coordination of synergies with the Group and Group brands, and the strategic operations of the Group.
- Coordination and methodological management of the specialist activities and processes of innovation management in order to achieve the strategic goals of the production, tracking and evaluation of their fulfilment
- Coordination and management of cooperation with the Group, Group brands and external innovation companies
- Coordination of creation of complex workflows related to engineering, re-engineering, analysis.
- Coordinating the creation of Projects in the respective P area and monitoring and evaluating their fulfillment
- Coordination of technologies in cooperation with technical development and external Partners
- Methodical control of interpretation of companies Topic, Guidelines for technology documents

- Decision on Strategies and Process in Production & Logistics
- Decision on Digital Project implementation of Production technologies
- Setting technical priorities for Projects
- Functional Budget management

1.1) PR Planning, tracking & invoicing – SGK, launch & Investment - AS
1.2) Digital Solution deployment with long term planning
1.3) Continual improvements - Efficiency & Innovative ideas
1.4) Productivity measures for stable production
1.5) Go Green initiatives
2.1) Compliance in management system audits – EMS/ITSP
2.2) Certified internal auditor for EMS, conduct internal audit for other departments.
2.3) Insure adherences of EMS audit ISO 50001 for all new projects.
3.1) Internal & External customer interactions.
3.2) Preparing BZI & back up presentation for approval of budgets related to investments required.
3.3) Training to production and maintenance person for new changes.
