Bell Immersive Technologies is hiring a Quality Assurance with 2–4 years of experience in Corporate E-learning to manage end-to-end coordination, delivery tracking, and Quality Assurance for digital learning projects. This full-time, remote role involves close collaboration with Instructional Designers, developers, and clients to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
At Bell Immersive Technologies, the Quality Assurance Executive will:
- Coordinate end-to-end corporate e-learning projects across Instructional Design, Graphics, Development, and QA
- Manage project plans, trackers, timelines, and status reports
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for internal teams and assigned projects
- Coordinate with clients for inputs, feedback, reviews, and clarifications
- Translate client feedback into clear, actionable tasks for internal teams
- Perform hands-on QA on e-learning deliverables (storyboards, courses, videos, assessments)
- Ensure instructional flow, visual consistency, branding, language accuracy, and functionality
- Track and close QA issues and delivery risks to ensure on-time, quality delivery
- Use AI tools to support project tracking, documentation, and QA efficiency
