As we continue to grow, we're looking for a talented eLearning Developer to join our team.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building engaging, visually compelling digital learning content — with a strong command of industry-leading authoring and animation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop interactive eLearning modules, microlearning content, and animated explainer videos
- Create character-based and scenario-driven animations using Vyond (mandatory)
- Build SCORM/xAPI-compliant courses using Articulate 360 suite (Storyline & Rise)
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to transform complex content into learner-friendly formats
- Apply instructional design principles to ensure effective learning outcomes
- Maintain and manage assets using Adobe Creative Cloud tools
- Review and QA all eLearning content before delivery
- Required Skills & Qualifications

- A strong eye for visual storytelling and animation
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Prior experience in corporate L&D, e-learning agencies, or instructional content development
