Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an E-learning Developer. The E-learning Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing e-learning modules. Daily tasks include creating interactive courses, managing learning management systems (LMS), and ensuring course content meets SCORM standards. The role also entails collaborating with instructional designers and other stakeholders to ensure training materials meet learning objectives and organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-learning Development and mastery of SCORM standards
- Experience in Instructional Design and Learning Management
- Strong skills in Training & Development
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of multimedia design and development software is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
