Role Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented E-Learning Developer to transform instructional concepts into high-impact digital learning experiences. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of interactive modules, utilizing industry-leading authoring tools and multimedia software. The ideal candidate should blend technical expertise with a keen eye for visual design to create training that is as engaging as it is educational
Key Responsibilities:
Interactive Content Development: Build sophisticated, branching, and gamified e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise.
Multimedia Asset Production: Design and produce custom graphics, animations, and video elements (using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Vyond) to support learning objectives.
AI-Assisted Creation: Utilize AI tools to enhance workflows, such as generating high-quality voiceovers, image assets, or rapid prototypes.
Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure all content is SCORM/xAPI-compliant and functions seamlessly across different environments.
Inclusive Design: Develop content that adheres to WCAG accessibility standards (including closed captioning, screen reader compatibility, and tab navigation).
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with emerging e-learning trends and technologies to suggest innovative ways to improve learner retention.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience specifically in e-learning development.
Authoring Tools: Expert proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline is a must). Familiarity with other tools like Adobe Captivate is a plus.
Visual Design: Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva to create custom UI/UX elements for courses.
LMS Awareness: Foundational knowledge of how e-learning packages interact with Learning Management Systems (LMS) to ensure accurate data tracking.
Multimedia: Experience in basic video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent professional portfolio).
Key Competencies:
Visual Storytelling: Ability to take a storyboard and turn it into a visually cohesive digital journey.
Technical Problem Solving: Troubleshooting bugs within authoring tools or tracking issues within a SCORM wrapper.
Attention to Detail: High standards for alignment, typography, and consistent branding.
