Job Overview
We are looking for an E-Invoicing Implementation Specialist to support clients in implementing the UAE 5-Corner Peppol E-Invoicing model. In this role, you will guide businesses through system setup, ERP integration, and compliance with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Stay updated on UAE e-invoicing regulations and the PINT-AE technical format required for digital invoices
- Guide UAE clients through registration on the EmaraTax portal and help them select the appropriate Accredited Service Provider (ASP)
- Understand clients’ current invoicing process and accounting systems
- Assist with technical configuration and ERP integration for e-invoicing implementation
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, explaining the setup process clearly
- Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure systems are configured correctly and meet compliance requirements
- Troubleshoot invoice errors and ensure smooth e-invoicing operations
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in e-invoicing systems such as Indian GST e-invoicing or Saudi ZATCA
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho, SAP, or Oracle
- Good understanding of invoice generation and accounting workflows
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new UAE tax regulations
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve invoicing errors efficiently
