Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for an Electrical & Instrumentation Manager (E&I Manager) at Aadhar Green Industries LLP, located in Sonapur, Kamrup Metro, Assam. The E&I Manager will oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of all electrical and instrumentation systems in the ethanol production plant. Responsibilities include leading and supervising a team, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, managing instrumentation and electrical engineering activities, troubleshooting system issues, and overseeing project management and control for optimization and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Electrical Engineering and Instrumentation
- Supervisory skills to effectively manage and lead teams
- Experience in Project Management and Project Control, including planning, execution, and monitoring
- Relevant industry experience, especially in manufacturing, distillery, or renewable energy production
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with industrial safety and environmental compliance standards
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience in implementing sustainable and energy-efficient practices is an added advantage
