We're hiring: E-Commerce website Development & Growth Manager at Narra
CTC: Rs 6–7 LPA | Full-Time | On-site, Mumbai

This is not a website maintenance role. This is a growth ownership role.
What you'll own:
- Building and customising our Shopify store from the ground up, high-converting PDPs, mobile-first design, subscription and bundle flows, payment and COD setup.
- Owning CRO end-to-end, A/B testing layouts, CTAs, checkout flows, and cart experiences to consistently improve conversion rate and AOV.
- Setting up and managing all tracking: Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, Google Ads and generating weekly performance reports that actually drive decisions.
- Building email retention flows via Klaviyo, abandoned cart, post-purchase, upsell sequences and laying the foundation for loyalty and referral programmes.
- Monitoring the site daily speed, uptime, bugs, new SKU uploads, landing page updates with a target load time under 3 seconds.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools to monitor performance and derive insights
- Effective Communication and Sales skills to collaborate with diverse teams and optimize customer interactions
- Proven abilities in Project Management to oversee website operations and campaign execution
- Experience in e-commerce platforms, website optimization, and digital marketing is a strong advantage
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred
You're the right person if:
- You have 2-4 years of hands-on Shopify experience with D2C brands (skincare or beauty is a big plus)
- You understand conversion psychology, you know why people drop off and how to fix it
- You're data-driven, you make decisions from dashboards, not gut feelings
- You're growth-oriented, not just design-focused, you care about revenue, not just aesthetics
- You've done this before.
