Roles & Responsibilities
As an E-commerce Support Intern , you will support backend operations for UK-based online marketplaces such as Amazon and eBay. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage product listings on UK-based platforms like Amazon, eBay, etc.
- Handle backend operations including:
- Customer service messages and feedback reviews
- Reconciliation, payments, and invoice entry
- Product research and pricing calculations
- Raising customer cases and follow-ups
- Perform data analysis to generate periodic reports
- Provide support across various operational and administrative tasks
Desired Skills & Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong command of grammatical business English (UK preferred)
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude
- Thoughtful decision-making and prioritization abilities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy in execution
- Prior experience in the e-commerce domain is a plus
- Freshers from any academic background are welcome to apply
- Added Advantage - Sound knowledge in Advance excel, Book keeping, General Accounting, Bank reconciliation, Year end accounting (UK/India)

- This is a 3 month internship with a fixed stipend of Rs 6000 per month.
