About the Role
IFC Ventures is looking for an E-commerce Supply Chain Manager – Logistics & Fulfillment to manage logistics, fulfillment, and distribution operations for our growing e-commerce and quick-commerce channels.
This role will oversee the movement of inventory from warehouses to marketplaces, quick commerce fulfillment centers, and B2B partners while ensuring operational efficiency and timely deliveries.
A key part of the role includes managing courier partnerships, optimizing shipping costs, and improving logistics processes to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Fulfillment Operations
- Manage logistics and fulfillment operations for e-commerce, quick commerce, and B2B orders.
- Coordinate shipments to partner fulfillment centers and quick commerce warehouses.
- Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of purchase orders raised by partner platforms.
- Monitor inventory movement across warehouses and sales channels.
Courier & Transport Management
- Coordinate with couriers and logistics service providers for shipping operations.
- Support pricing discussions and service agreements with logistics partners.
- Evaluate courier partners based on cost efficiency, service quality, and delivery timelines.
Quick Commerce & B2B Distribution
- Plan dispatch schedules based on purchase orders from quick commerce platforms.
- Coordinate deliveries to dark stores, warehouses, and distribution centers.
- Identify efficient logistics routes and shipping partners.
Cost Optimization
- Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
- Work with internal teams to optimize shipment planning and reduce unnecessary logistics expenses.
- Support budgeting and cost tracking for supply chain operations.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse teams on dispatch planning and inventory movement.
- Track shipments and resolve delivery issues when required.
- Maintain documentation and shipment records.
Process Improvement
- Develop and implement SOPs to improve logistics efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment speed and operational coordination.
- Support implementation of tools for tracking and reporting logistics activities.
Required Skills
- Understanding of e-commerce logistics and fulfillment operations.
- Experience coordinating with couriers and logistics providers.
- Knowledge of shipment planning and warehouse coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and cross-team coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with quick commerce platforms such as
- Blinkit,
- Zepto, or
- Swiggy Instamart.
- Experience managing deliveries to multiple warehouses or dark stores.
- Background in FMCG, skincare, or e-commerce brands is a plus.
