Role Description
This is a full-time on-site E-Commerce Specialist role located in Kolkata. The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing e-commerce operations, optimizing product listings, and implementing growth strategies across various online platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra. The role includes tasks such as monitoring sales performance, managing advertising campaigns, ensuring compliance, optimizing keywords, and contributing to the improvement of catalog quality. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams for cross-promotional opportunities and improved performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in E-commerce operations, including platform management, catalog optimization, and handling marketplace compliance.
- Competency in Digital Marketing, including campaign management, keyword research, and analytics for performance optimization.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales reports, developing strategies, and managing data-driven approaches.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with team members and stakeholders effectively.
- Knowledge of marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Myntra; familiarity with F&B aggregator platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent field; relevant certifications in Digital Marketing or E-commerce are advantageous.
