What You’ll Do
- Customer Engagement: Assist customers through chat, email, phone, and SMS with product inquiries, order support, and post-purchase concerns while delivering a positive customer experience.
- Sales Support: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, product recommendations, and subscription recovery to improve customer engagement and increase order value.
- Customer Retention: Support abandoned cart follow-ups, winback efforts, and post-purchase engagement initiatives.
- Order Assistance: Resolve order concerns accurately and efficiently while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Deliver Excellent Service: Provide professional, personalized, and high-quality customer support aligned with TalentPop App’s service standards.
- Collaboration & Insights: Maintain accurate customer records and share customer feedback and trends to support process improvements and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of proven remote or online sales and customer support experience.
- Prior E-Commerce experience is required, particularly with upselling, cross-selling, abandoned cart recovery, subscription support, post-purchase assistance, or customer retention initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build positive customer relationships.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience via phone, email, or chat.
- Experience using Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, CRM systems, or customer engagement platforms is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Technical Requirements
- Personally owned PC or laptop with at least an Intel i5 processor or equivalent, and a minimum of 8GB RAM.
- Stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps for both upload and download.
- Quiet and professional remote workspace suitable for calls and customer communication.
