JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Sales Professional who can identify, approach, and acquire sellers/brands looking to grow their business on major E-Commerce marketplaces.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong hunter mindset who enjoys prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with manufacturers, exporters, and D2C brands that need E-Commerce onboarding and account management support.
If you have experience in B2B sales, digital services, marketplace consulting, or e-commerce ecosystem, this opportunity will allow you to work with a fast-growing organization helping sellers scale online.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
SELLER AQUISITION AND BUSINESS DEVELOPEMENT
- Identify and acquire new sellers, brands, and manufacturers who want to start or scale their business on e-commerce marketplaces.
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and database research.
- Actively approach sellers who require E-Commerce account management, onboarding, and marketplace growth services.
SALES & REVENUE GENERATON
- Pitch company services including marketplace onboarding, account management, product listing optimization, and digital growth services.
- Conduct sales presentations, virtual meetings, and product/service demos with potential clients.
- Convert prospects into paying clients and achieve monthly revenue targets.
MARKET OPPORTUNITY IDENTIFICATION
- Identify brands struggling with online sales or marketplace visibility.
- Build strong pipelines by targeting manufacturers, exporters, wholesalers, and D2C brands.
- Explore new seller segments and business opportunities across marketplaces.
CLIENT ENGAGEMENT
- Understand seller requirements and provide customized marketplace solutions.
- Coordinate with internal operations and account management teams for seamless onboarding.
REQURIED SKILLS
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Experience in lead generation and cold outreach
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce marketplaces and seller ecosystem
- Ability to work with revenue targets and performance metrics
- Self-driven and result-oriented approach
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Candidates with experience in the following will be preferred:
- E-Commerce services sales
- Digital marketing or SaaS sales
- Marketplace seller onboarding
- Amazon / Flipkart / Meesho / Pepperfry ecosystem
