Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an E-commerce Sales and Marketing Manager. Responsibilities include developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, managing online sales channels, and optimizing product listings to maximize visibility and sales. The role also involves overseeing brand management initiatives, analyzing sales data, executing marketing campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through top-quality service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and strategies, with 5 years of experience managing online sales channels
- Expertise in Marketing strategies and tactics, along with experience in Sales growth initiatives
- Skilled in Analytical Thinking, with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance metrics
- Strong experience in Brand Management, with a focus on enhancing visibility and market positioning
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Prior experience in the jewelry, fashion, or lifestyle industry is required
