Hiring: E-Commerce Returns Executive📍 Location: Ludhiana
🏢 Company: Jindal fine Industries
🕒 Experience: 1–3 years (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end returns and reverse logistics across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Track and reconcile returned inventory with warehouse data
- Coordinate with warehouse, courier partners, and marketplaces for smooth return processing
- Analyze return reasons and highlight actionable insights to reduce returns
- Ensure timely refunds, replacements, and claim settlements
- Handle customer queries/escalations related to returns
- Maintain accurate reports on returns, damages, and defects
Requirements:- Good with Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience in inventory or operations role is a plus
Salary: Upto 3 lacs Per annum
