Role Description The E-Commerce Reseller Onboarding role at GENI MART is a full-time, on-site position based in Puducherry. The role involves identifying and engaging potential resellers, explaining platform features, and guiding them through the onboarding process from initial registration to active listing of products. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing reseller documentation, assisting with catalog setup, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues, and ensuring resellers understand pricing, policies, and best practices. The role also includes monitoring reseller performance during the initial phase, providing customer service support to resellers, and preparing basic reports on onboarding progress and sales activity. Collaboration with sales, operations, and customer support teams is expected to maintain a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a strong foundation in commerce or business-related subjects, with an understanding of retail or e-commerce operations.
- Candidates should possess analytical skills to review reseller data, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional communication skills to explain processes, negotiate terms, and maintain relationships with resellers.
- Candidates should possess customer service skills to support resellers effectively, address inquiries, and handle concerns with patience and clarity.
- Candidates should possess sales abilities to promote GENI MART’s platform, encourage reseller participation, and support growth in product listings.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, onboarding, or account management is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Puducherry, manage multiple tasks, and use basic digital tools (spreadsheets, email, online portals) effectively.
