Job Title: E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Manager
Location: Gurugram (Hybrid)
Experience: 3– 4years (E-commerce / Marketplace experience mandatory)
Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven E-Commerce & Quick Commerce Manager who can independently manage marketplace operations and drive revenue growth across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, 1mg (Tata 1mg), and other quick commerce channels.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in product listings, catalogue management, performance marketing (marketplace ads), and revenue optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Management
- End-to-end management of seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, 1mg, etc.
- Product listing creation, optimization, and content enhancement (SEO-driven titles, bullets, descriptions).
- Catalogue management including images, A+ content, variations, and compliance updates.
- Inventory coordination and stock planning with operations teams.
2. Quick Commerce Management
- Onboarding and managing SKUs on quick commerce platforms.
- Coordination with category managers for visibility, deals, and placements.
- Ensuring accurate pricing, promotions, and availability.
- Tracking daily performance metrics and ensuring sales targets are met.
3. Marketplace Advertising
- Planning and executing paid campaigns (Amazon Sponsored Ads, Flipkart Ads, etc.).
- Keyword research and campaign structure optimization.
- Managing budgets, bids, ACoS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Running performance campaigns during key sale events.
- Weekly and monthly performance reporting with actionable insights.
4. Growth & Optimization
- Identifying opportunities for ranking improvement and organic growth.
- Managing reviews and ratings strategy.
- Competitor benchmarking and pricing analysis.
- Driving GMV growth through data-backed strategies.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Preparing detailed performance dashboards.
- Tracking SKU-level performance.
- Sharing weekly insights with management on growth levers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing Amazon/Flipkart seller accounts.
- Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms and listing SEO.
- Proven experience in running and optimising marketplace ads.
- Ability to independently manage P&L for marketplace channels.
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with Excel and reporting tools.
- Experience in FMCG / Health / Consumer products is a plus.
