Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce / Quick Commerce Executive to manage and grow our presence across online marketplaces and quick commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, BigBasket, Jiomart, and other digital channels. The candidate will be responsible for handling listings, inventory coordination, order management, promotions, and overall platform operations to drive online sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms.
- Handle product listings, catalog updates, pricing, descriptions, and images.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse/dispatch teams for timely fulfillment.
- Manage purchase orders (PO), GRN tracking, and appointment scheduling with platforms.
- Coordinate platform promotions, campaigns, discounts, and sponsored ads.
- Track sales performance, stock movement, returns, and platform analytics.
- Ensure product availability and visibility across all marketplaces.
- Resolve platform-related operational issues and raise support tickets when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams for packaging, creatives, pricing, and stock updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market trends to improve platform performance.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, or similar platforms.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and marketplace management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred).
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving and analytical mindset.
- Experience with inventory management and order processing is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce / Quick Commerce operations preferred.
- Freshers with strong computer knowledge and learning attitude can also apply.
Preferred Experience
- FMCG, Food, Grocery, or Consumer Goods industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with Seller/Vendor Central platforms.
- Experience in managing online promotions and paid campaigns.
