- . Quick Commerce Management
- Handle end-to-end operations for quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart (Swiggy)
- Manage product listings, pricing, inventory coordination, and visibility
- Coordinate with platform account managers for growth opportunities
- Monitor daily sales, stock availability, and order fulfilment issues
- 2. Marketplace Advertising (Flipkart Focus)
- Plan and execute ad campaigns on Flipkart Ads (PLA, Sponsored Products, Display Ads)
- Optimize campaigns based on ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversions
- Manage ad budgets and improve ROAS
- Work on keyword research, bidding strategy, and campaign scaling
- 3. Listing & Content Optimization
- Create and optimize product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, and keywords
- Ensure high-quality product images and content are uploaded
- Improve product discoverability and ranking on platforms
- 4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
- Prepare reports on sales, ad performance, and platform growth
- Identify trends and suggest data-driven improvements
- 5. Coordination & Execution
- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, design)
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns, offers, and platform activities
- Manage catalog updates and new product launches
- Key Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in E-commerce / Marketplace Management
- Hands-on experience with Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart)
- Strong experience in Flipkart Ads management (mandatory)
- Understanding of marketplace KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions)
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
- Qualifications
- Strong background in Commerce and a good understanding of e-commerce platforms
- Proficient Analytical Skills for performance reviews and strategy development
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service experience to handle queries and ensure client satisfaction
- Knowledge and experience in Sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site work environment
- Familiarity with Flipkart Ads and digital marketing tools is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
