About BrandMind
BrandMind is building and scaling e-commerce brands by combining product research, sourcing, branding, and digital commerce. We work closely with manufacturers, suppliers, and marketplaces to identify high-potential products and create exceptional customer experiences.
If you're passionate about business, research, and discovering opportunities, this internship will give you hands-on exposure to how real e-commerce brands are built.
Internship Structure
- Month 1: Training & Evaluation Period (Unpaid)
- From Month 2: Paid Internship (Performance-Based)

Key Responsibilities
Product Research
- Discover trending and evergreen products across multiple categories.
- Research customer demand and buying behaviour.
- Compare similar products available in the market.
- Identify products with high business potential.
Supplier & Vendor Research
- Research manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors.
- Explore supplier directories, B2B portals, and marketplaces.
- Collect quotations from multiple vendors.
- Compare suppliers based on Pricing, MOQ, Product Quality, Delivery Timeline, Reliability, and Certifications.
- Build and maintain a supplier database.
Packaging Research
- Identify packaging manufacturers and printing vendors.
- Compare packaging materials, quality, and pricing.
- Suggest premium, eco-friendly, and cost-effective packaging options.
- Research the latest packaging trends.
Factory & Supplier Visits
- Verify manufacturing capabilities.
- Evaluate product quality.
- Understand production processes.
- Build supplier relationships.
- All approved business travel expenses will be covered by the company.
Market & Competitor Research
- Analyze competitor brands and products.
- Monitor pricing strategies.
- Research new product launches.
- Identify market gaps and opportunities.
- Stay updated with e-commerce trends.
Website Research & Product Information
- Collect product specifications, materials, features, dimensions, usage instructions, care instructions, FAQs, and SEO-friendly product information.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain supplier information, quotations, pricing history, product comparisons, packaging options, and research reports.
AI-Assisted Research
- Use ChatGPT and AI tools to summarize findings, generate comparison reports, and improve research efficiency.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with founders, designers, and marketing teams to validate product ideas, improve customer experience, build product catalogs, and support new product launches.
