E-commerce Product Specialist
Location: Noida, Delhi (Office-based role – no remote work)
About Wildroots:
Wildroots is a dynamic gifting platform (gifting.wildroots.in) specializing in thoughtful, unique gifts. We're expanding our presence on major last-minute delivery apps and e-commerce giants, and we need a detail-oriented specialist to keep our product listings fresh, accurate, and optimized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and manage product listings for gifting items on platforms including Zip2Blip, Get Instamart, Flipkart, Amazon, and others.
- Ensure timely uploads of new products, price adjustments, inventory syncs, and promotional updates.
- Monitor listings for accuracy, optimize titles/descriptions/images for better visibility and sales.
- Handle last-minute listing changes to support quick deliveries and seasonal demands.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, track performance metrics, and report on sales/listing health weekly.
- Collaborate with the team to align listings with inventory and marketing campaigns.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce product management or listing updates (must have worked on Flipkart, Amazon, or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with last-minute apps like Zip2Blip, Get Instamart, or equivalents.
- Strong attention to detail, tech-savvy with seller dashboards/CMS tools, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ready to work full-time from our Noida office (Monday–Saturday, 10 AM–7 PM).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting; photography/editing skills a plus.
- Excellent communication in English/Hindi; proactive problem-solver.
