About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to manage and grow our online sales operations for electric scooters. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing online marketplaces, digital advertising, catalog management, and overall e-commerce growth strategies.
This role requires someone who can independently handle all aspects of online business operations, from product listings and marketing campaigns to review management and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- E-commerce Operations
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations across our website and marketplaces.
- Handle product cataloging including product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.
- Ensure accurate and optimized product listings for better online visibility.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and product availability.
2. Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads and social media platforms.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, website traffic, and sales conversions.
- Track campaign performance and improve ROI through continuous optimization.
3. Social Media Marketing
- Manage brand presence across social media platforms.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns for product promotions and lead generation.
- Coordinate creative content such as posts, reels, and promotional creatives.
4. Ratings & Reviews Management
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews across platforms.
- Implement strategies to improve customer ratings and online reputation.
- Respond to customer reviews and queries professionally.
5. SEO & Online Visibility
- Work on improving organic search visibility through SEO practices.
- Manage business listings and optimize online presence.
6. Analytics & Reporting
- Track sales performance, traffic, and marketing metrics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Identify opportunities to increase online sales and customer engagement.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, social media advertising, and online marketplaces.
- Knowledge of SEO, product listing optimization, and online customer engagement.
- Experience in catalog management and performance marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple online platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
