We’re hiring a Paid Ads Manager
Remote | Full-time | 2–3 years experience
Inara Digital is a strategy-first creative agency working across D2C, lifestyle, hospitality, wellness, and emerging brands. We focus on building brands that perform, not just look good.
We’re looking for a E-commerce Paid Ads Manager with hands-on experience running campaigns for D2C and ecommerce brands. You should be comfortable managing budgets, testing creatives, and scaling campaigns based on data.
Your day-to-day will involve setting up and managing campaigns across Meta and Google, building and refining audiences, running experiments, and tracking performance closely. You’ll work closely with the content and strategy teams to brief performance-led creatives and continuously iterate based on what’s working.
You should understand full-funnel performance, including prospecting, retargeting, and conversion-focused campaigns. Experience with catalog ads, dynamic creatives, and ecommerce tracking is important.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of accounts, read data properly, and translate that into clear actions. You should be comfortable working with numbers, identifying patterns, and improving results without needing constant direction.
This is a full-time role. We’re looking for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and serious about long-term growth.
