Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an E-commerce Operator - Finance & Growth. In this role, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for e-commerce operations, as well as devise strategies to optimize business growth. Key responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, forecasting revenue, managing expenses, and collaborating closely with other teams to elevate operational efficiency. Utilizing data, you’ll identify growth opportunities and implement innovative solutions to maximize profitability and drive the success of e-commerce activities.
Qualifications
- Financial Acumen: Experience in financial analysis, planning, budgeting, and tracking financial performance.
- E-commerce Expertise: Familiarity with online retail platforms, inventory management, and e-commerce growth strategies.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in data interpretation, forecasting revenue, and developing data-driven strategies for business improvement.
- Collaboration: Strong teamwork and communication skills to work effectively across departments.
- Project Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliverables in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Additional Skills: Knowledge of digital marketing, performance marketing, or market analysis is a plus.
- Qualifications: A degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory, depending on experience.
