Roles and Responsibilities
- New product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance for ecommerce portals
- Monitoring, managing and updating website content such as product listings, inventory updates, etc.
- Ensuring hassle-free consumer shopping experience
- Manage inventory and process orders on various e-commerce platforms
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure website changes/updates are rolled out on time
- Monitoring the performance of promotional campaigns
- Identifying and resolving customer queries and project roadblocks
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Perform any other tasks as may be required
Requirements
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience in a fast-paced, e-Commerce business
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals
- Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales or website conversions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Residing in South Mumbai for easy commute
