Senior Executive – B2C Operations
📍 Location: Mundka
🕒 Experience: 2–5 Years
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle day-to-day B2C operations and order processing
• Manage marketplace portals such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Tata Cliq, Jiomart, Snapdeal, etc.
• Monitor order flow, dispatch, returns, cancellations, and inventory coordination
• Prepare and maintain operational MIS and portal reports
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment
• Ensure timely dispatch and issue resolution for marketplace operations
• Support ground operations and team coordination whenever required
Required Skills:
• Good knowledge of B2C marketplace operations
• Hands-on experience with seller portals and warehouse coordination
• Strong MS Excel and Google Sheets knowledge
• Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and basic formulas
• Good communication and coordination skills
Preferred Candidate:
• Exposure to warehouse operations preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
