Role Description
The E-commerce Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the daily operations of Silai Studio's online storefront. Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating order fulfillment, packaging and dispatch management, analyzing sales reports, improving the customer shopping experience, and daily upkeep of inward and outward inventory. Tasks also cover managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely deliveries. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of OMS/Unicommerce inventory management tools and softwares
- Strong analytical skills for sales reporting and performance tracking.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce tools and platforms; familiarity with Shopify or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and ensure a seamless customer shopping experience.
- Leadership Skills to keep the team motivated and working seamlessly
- Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
