Role: E-Commerce Operations Lead (Marketplace Specialist)

The Opportunity
Evam (everyday wear) and Memsahib (luxury couture) are growing fast. We have recently launched on Myntra and need a hands-on operator to own our marketplace presence. This is not a "strategy" role where you delegate; this is an "ownership" role where you manage the portals yourself.
What You Will Own (Focus: Marketplace & Growth)
- Myntra & Marketplace Mastery: End-to-end management of Myntra, Ajio, and Nykaa Luxe. You will handle listing health, indexing, keyword optimization, and sale event participation.
- Account Health: Monitoring scorecards, resolving compliance flags, and ensuring we meet all SLA requirements for orders and returns.
- Inventory & Allocation: Managing the pipeline between production and live channels. You must ensure stock is allocated based on sales velocity—knowing exactly "what is where" at all times.
- Expansion: Researching and onboarding the brands onto new relevant platforms (Tata CLiQ, luxury multi-designer sites).
- Basic Web Sync: Coordinating product uploads for our Shopify and WordPress sites (Technical dev work is outsourced; you own the content and listings).
Who You Are
- Portal Expert: You have 2+ years of experience working directly inside the seller portals of Myntra or Ajio. You know how to fix a listing error without calling a helpdesk.
- Data-Driven: You don’t just upload products; you track sell-through rates and suggest replenishment or discounts based on what the numbers say.
- Brand-Side Experience: Preferred, as you understand how to juggle production, inventory, and sales simultaneously.
- Bangalore Based: This is a full-time, in-office role in Malleshwaram.
