Looking for a hands-on team member to join our growing DTC streetwear brand.
📍 Role: Operations & Customer Support Executive
📍 Location: Wagholi, Pune
🗣 Languages Required: Hindi & English
💼 Responsibilities:
• Customer support (calls + chats)
• Assigning courier & shipment coordination
• Handling exchanges & returns
• NDR follow-ups
• COD order confirmation calls
• Email support
• Managing Excel sheets & order data
• Packing and dispatching products
🕒 Timing: 11 AM – 8 PM
💰 Salary: ₹ 10,000 - 15,000/month
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Detail-oriented
• Good with communication
• Comfortable handling daily ops & customer queries
• Basic Excel knowledge
• Ready to work in a fast-paced startup environment
