About the Role

Imperial Online Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable E-commerce Operations Executive to manage day-to-day order operations across our D2C and marketplace channels.

This role is critical to ensuring smooth order processing, accurate refunds, and proper reconciliation of financial transactions. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar e-commerce platforms and will be comfortable managing operational data with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage D2C order statuses across internal systems and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Process order cancellations and refunds accurately, following operational guidelines.
• Handle daily order exports from the Noon marketplace and ensure data accuracy.
• Upload refund and transaction data to bank portals for payment processing and reconciliation.
• Track and maintain accurate records of refunds, cancellations, and payment confirmations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order discrepancies and operational issues.
• Identify recurring operational issues and escalate them for process improvement.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency in all tasks.

Required Experience & Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, or similar platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to manage daily operational workflows and financial data responsibly.
• Organized, process-driven, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Noon marketplace exports.
• Familiarity with refund processing and payment reconciliation.
• Experience working in high-volume e-commerce order environments.
