Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for the position of E-commerce Operations Executive. The responsibilities include managing e-commerce platforms, overseeing product listings, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve coordination between sales, logistics, and customer service teams to streamline e-commerce operations and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Commerce and understanding of e-commerce platforms
- Excellent Analytical Skills for monitoring and improving performance
- Proficient in Communication and Customer Service with a customer-centric approach
- Experience with Sales and developing strategies to boost e-commerce performance
- Proficiency in e-commerce business tools and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Previous experience in e-commerce or operations is an advantage
