About Us:
Pro Effex is a growing D2C cosmetics brand operating on Shopify and Amazon. We are looking for a candidate to handle our daily order operations from our Maninagar office.
Responsibilities:
- Process and manage daily orders (Shopify / Amazon)
- Handle labeling, packaging, and dispatch preparation
- Print invoices and shipping labels
- Coordinate with Shiprocket / Delhivery for timely dispatch
- Track shipments and manage returns/exchanges
- Maintain basic inventory records
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year experience in e-commerce operations or similar role
- Basic MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of Shopify, Amazon, Shiprocket/Delhivery = strong advantage
- Organized, punctual & able to work independently
- Residing in or nearby Maninagar, Ahmedabad
