Job Title: E-commerce Operations Executive

Salary: ₹30,000 per month
Job Description:
We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive who will handle day-to-day backend operations related to order processing, inventory management, and dispatch coordination.
The role mainly involves managing orders received from the company website and online marketplaces, ensuring timely dispatch, maintaining stock records, and coordinating with warehouse/store teams for smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily orders received from website and marketplace platforms.
- Coordinate packing, dispatch, and shipment tracking of orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in software as well as physical registers.
- Monitor available stock and update inventory regularly.
- Track inward and outward movement of products.
- Ensure products are dispatched on time without delays.
- Coordinate with warehouse/store staff for order fulfilment activities.
- Identify low stock, excess stock, or inventory mismatches.
- Maintain proper records of dispatch, stock movement, and pending orders.
- Prepare basic operational and inventory reports on a daily basis.
Required Skills:
- Basic understanding of inventory and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of order fulfilment and dispatch process.
- Familiarity with Excel or inventory management software.
- Good coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle operational tasks efficiently.
