We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Executive to join our team who will be responsible for managing the complete order lifecycle, from order placement to fulfillment, payment tracking, and inventory management. This role is critical in ensuring smooth coordination between inventory, operations, and finance teams while delivering a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
-Own and manage the end-to-end order processing workflow (order receipt → packing → dispatch → delivery tracking)
-Coordinate closely with the inventory team to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment
-Work with the operations/logistics team to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment
-Track and reconcile payments, invoices, and COD settlements in coordination with the finance team
-Maintain and update inventory records across platforms (Shopify, internal sheets, etc.)
-Monitor and resolve order-related issues (delays, returns, cancellations, RTOs)
-Ensure accurate order documentation, billing, and reporting
-Improve operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
-Experience working with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.), 2+ years
-Strong understanding of order management, logistics, and inventory workflows
-Basic knowledge of finance processes (invoicing, payment tracking, reconciliation)
-Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
-Strong coordination and communication skills across teams
-Problem-solving mindset with a focus on execution
