Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings and updates via CMS
- Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory accuracy
- Improve UI/UX and overall customer experience
- Handle customer queries and coordinate resolutions
- Execute and QC promotional campaigns
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance across platforms
- Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Operations teams
- Track performance and share weekly/monthly reports
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills
- Basic understanding of CMS, marketplaces, and inventory management
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Business-driven and data-oriented approach
Total Experience: 2+ years
CTC: 7 LPA
