Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Operations Manager based in the Greater Surat Area. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order processing, and logistics coordination. You will analyze data to optimize workflows, monitor key performance metrics, and identify areas for improving operational efficiency. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and act as a point of contact to resolve any operational issues.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in E-commerce operations, inventory management, and logistics processes
- Experience with data analysis, performance tracking, and the ability to derive actionable insights
- Knowledge of customer service strategies, problem resolution, and operational troubleshooting
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms, order management systems, and related tools
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
- Familiarity with the fashion or textile industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
