Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and optimize our online sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, order processing, inventory coordination, and marketplace management to ensure smooth online business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, company website, etc.)
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and inventory updates
- Process and monitor daily orders, returns, and exchanges
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics team for timely dispatch
- Handle customer queries related to orders and deliveries
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory records
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and discounts
- Analyze sales reports and performance data
- Coordinate with marketing team for online campaigns
- Ensure smooth marketplace compliance and account health
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and online sales
- Proficiency in MS Excel and computer applications
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Qualification:
- Graduate in Commerce / Management / Business Administration
- Experience in e-commerce operations preferred
