We’re Hiring: E-commerce Operations Executive | Rococo Milano (Luxury Home Décor)
Are you passionate about e-commerce and luxury lifestyle brands? Rococo Milano is looking for a detail-oriented and driven E-commerce Operations Executive to manage and scale our online business.

Rococo Milano is a premium home décor brand offering curated luxury artifacts, ceramics, glass décor, and artistic pieces for modern homes.
🔹 Role & Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily operations of our e-commerce platforms (website + marketplaces)
2. order processing, inventory sync, and coordination with warehouse & logistics
3. Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges (especially fragile items like glass/ceramics)
4. Ensure smooth customer experience from order to delivery
5. Coordinate with marketing team for product listings, pricing & campaigns
6. Monitor stock levels and avoid stock-outs/over-selling
7. Vendor & courier coordination for timely dispatch
8. Work on backend systems (Shopify / Zoho / ERP preferred)
🔹 Requirements:
1–4 years experience in e-commerce operations (preferably furniture/home décor/lifestyle)
Strong understanding of order management & logistics
Experience with Shopify / marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Good coordination & problem-solving skills
Attention to detail (critical for fragile product handling)
Based in or willing to work from Gurgaon
