Key Responsibilities
- Catalog & Product Strategy
Identify gaps in the existing catalog and introduce relevant products to strengthen the assortment
Increase product mix and categories based on market demand, seasonal trends, and customer preferences
Plan and execute catalog activation for key occasions (Diwali, Eid, New Year, Corporate events) within defined timelines
Ensure product portfolio aligns with business goals, margins, and customer segments
- Catalog Quality & Customer Experience
Ensure high-quality product listings with strong visual appeal, accurate descriptions, and complete specifications
Maintain consistency in design, branding, and presentation across all platforms (website, marketplaces, marketing creatives)
Optimize the catalog for the best customer journey and conversion across channels
- Market & Competition Analysis
Analyze current market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies
Identify high-demand products and recommend additions or improvements
Continuously track consumer buying behavior and emerging gifting trends
Key KPIs
- Catalog growth & category expansion
- Product upload quality score (images, content, completeness) Seasonal/occasion launch adherence.
This is a fixed CTC role—no performance-based variable component. If any changes are needed are made, they will be discussed in the interview.
