Role Overview
We’re looking for an E-Commerce Merchandiser who enjoys digital retail—translating product into a seamless and compelling online experience. This role oversees how KARDO appears and performs online, bringing clarity, consistency, and care to our digital storefront.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Order Management
- Supervise the end-to-end order journey, including timely returns and exchanges.
- Analyse customer feedback to refine processes and foster long-term trust.
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and reliable fulfilment.
Product Presentation
- Curate and manage product listings, collections, and categories across digital platforms.
- Ensure all product information—descriptions, imagery, pricing, and specifications—is accurate.
- Organise seasonal edits, launches, and digital product drops for our wholesale and home website.
Website Management & Optimisation
- Oversee the day-to-day upkeep of the e-commerce website, ensuring functionality and accuracy.
- Ensure the website remains responsive, refined, and consistent across devices.
Inventory & Catalogue Coordination
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely updates to product availability.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and retail teams for accurate inventory and replenishment.
- Support the planning and execution of collection launches and restocks.
Data & Reporting
- Compile and maintain accurate e-commerce data, including sales, traffic, inventory, and conversion metrics.
- Prepare and share structured reports to support internal analysis and decision-making.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely updating of product and catalogue information across platforms.
- Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams to gather and update data for launches, restocks, and online availability.
Qualifications & Skills
- 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, preferably in fashion or lifestyle.
- High efficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in Shopify and WooCommerce.
- Strong understanding of digital merchandising, online retail operations, and customer care guidelines.
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
- Keen attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with globally oriented brands.
- Understanding of fashion retail, textiles, and seasonal product cycles.
