🚀We're Hiring — E-commerce Marketplace Specialist | EcomDignity | Noida (Initially Remote)
We're EcomDignity — a fast-growing e-commerce solutions agency that powers D2C brands, marketplace sellers, and online retailers across India's top platforms. We're looking for a sharp, execution-focused Marketplace Manager to own and scale operations for our retainer clients.
📍 Location: Initially Remote / Noida Sector 4
📆 Experience: 1.5–4 years
🛒 Amazon Marketplace
✅ End-to-end Amazon seller/vendor account management (multiple brands)
✅ Listing optimization — SEO, A+ content, keyword strategy
✅ Amazon Ads: Sponsored Products, Brands & Display
✅ KPI ownership: CTR, CVR, ACOS, ROAS, account health
✅ Competitor tracking, pricing, reviews
⚡ Quick Commerce (Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart)
✅ Catalogue onboarding & listing optimization
✅ Inventory planning across dark stores
✅ Platform promotions, banners & visibility campaigns
✅ Coordination with platform AMs to minimize stockouts
📊 Performance & Growth
✅ Drive revenue across all marketplace accounts
✅ Weekly/monthly client reporting
✅ Build brand-specific growth strategies
🎯 What We're Looking For:
• 1.5–4 years of Amazon marketplace management experience
• Exposure to Blinkit / Zepto / Instamart (preferred)
• Hands-on with the Amazon Ads dashboard
• Strong understanding of ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR
• Familiarity with Helium10 / Jungle Scout (good to have)
• Experience at a D2C or e-commerce agency preferred
• Analytical mindset; ability to manage multiple brands
