We are looking for an E-commerce / Marketplace Operations Executive to join our Operations team.
📍 Location: Noida
💼 Experience: 0–2 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day marketplace operations.
- Handle product listings and catalogue management.
- Process and track marketplace orders and POs.
- Coordinate inventory availability and stock updates.
- Coordinate with warehouse / 3PL teams for order fulfilment.
- Maintain Excel-based MIS and operational reports.
- Work on Amazon and other marketplace portals.
- Coordinate with marketplace teams for listing, order, inventory and operational issues.
- Track pending orders, returns and rejected shipments.
- Support new SKU onboarding and marketplace activation.
The person will work closely with the Operations team and manage day-to-day execution across
e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms.
Preferred Skills:
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Understanding of marketplace operations
- Basic knowledge of inventory and order management
- Good communication skills
