Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an E-commerce & Marketplace Manager (Amazon | Flipkart) located in Pune Division. The role involves managing and optimizing online marketplace accounts on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, including product listings, pricing strategies, and inventory management. The Manager will analyze sales data, monitor competition, and create promotional strategies to enhance product visibility. The role requires interaction with customers to address queries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction while also managing sales campaigns and partnerships to drive revenue growth. Strong communication and business sense will play a key role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Business Negotiation and Sales skills to manage and optimize marketplace partnerships and drive revenue
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate sales data, monitor competition, and craft data-driven strategies
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with customers, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction
- Proven ability to develop and implement e-commerce strategies that align with business objectives
- Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and Flipkart, and familiarity with their listing and promotional tools
- Relevant experience in marketplace management, business development, or sales
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Track performance metrics such as traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, and sales growth
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, pricing, and product launches
Required Skills
• 5-6 years experience in e-commerce or marketplace management
• Strong understanding of Amazon / Flipkart / B2B marketplaces
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and performance marketing
• Experience with product listing optimization and catalog management
• Analytical mindset with ability to track and improve sales metrics
Preferred Experience
• Experience in industrial, agriculture, construction, or B2B products
• Familiarity with Shopify / WooCommerce websites
• Experience handling multiple product SKUs
