About MY ARMOR
MY ARMOR is a fast-growing Indian home essentials brand with a strong presence across leading e-commerce marketplaces. We manufacture and sell products across bedding, pillows, mattress protectors, cushions and other home categories.
As we continue expanding beyond Amazon, we're building dedicated teams to accelerate growth across Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, FirstCry, Myntra, JioMart and other marketplaces. We're looking for someone who can take complete ownership of these platforms and help build them into significant growth channels.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and profitability across assigned marketplaces
- Manage product catalog, listings, content and marketplace health
- Plan, execute and optimize advertising campaigns
- Manage pricing, deals, promotions and marketplace events
- Forecast inventory requirements and coordinate with the warehouse team for timely replenishment
- Build strong relationships with Marketplace KAMs and internal teams to unlock growth opportunities
- Analyze sales, advertising and operational data to improve business performance
- Take complete ownership of day-to-day marketplace operations
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience managing Flipkart, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, FirstCry, Myntra, JioMart or similar marketplaces
- Strong understanding of marketplace advertising and promotional planning
- Excellent MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting and data analysis)
- Strong analytical thinking, communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to independently own and grow a marketplace business
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of relevant marketplace experience
- Proven experience in growing one or more of the marketplaces mentioned above
- Prior experience managing sales, catalog and advertising is mandatory
Important Note
- This role is exclusively for managing non-Amazon marketplaces.
- Candidates with experience only in Amazon who wish to continue working exclusively on Amazon are not eligible.
- Candidates with Amazon experience who are passionate about building and scaling other marketplaces are welcome to apply.
- Work From Home (WFH) or Remote Work is not available. This is a full-time on-site role based in Gota, Ahmedabad.
