Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Ecommerce - Marketplace Specialist located in Delhi, India. The role involves managing online marketplace operations, optimizing product listings, and implementing strategies to maximize sales and visibility. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and collaborating with the team to enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in E-Commerce platforms and Sales strategies
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate performance metrics and identify trends
- Excellent Communication skills for internal coordination and customer interactions
- Experience in Customer Service and maintaining customer satisfaction
- Proactive approach with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of marketplace algorithms and listing optimization is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities effectively
