Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for an E-commerce & Marketplace Associate. The selected candidate will manage and optimize the company's presence on multiple e-commerce platforms, oversee inventory, monitor sales performance, and coordinate orders and logistics. Responsibilities also include maintaining relationships with marketplace partners, addressing customer queries, and analyzing market trends to support strategic growth initiatives. Proactive problem-solving and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams will be key aspects of the role to enhance overall performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Commerce and familiarity with e-commerce operations on Amazon Fresh,Flipkart, Blinkit, Swiggy, Zepto, JioMart , Big Basket.
- Excellent Analytical Skills to monitor and evaluate performance, trends, and data for actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective partner and customer interaction.
- Customer Service skills to address inquiries and ensure positive client experiences.
- Sales acumen to help drive company objectives in e-commerce and marketplace channels.
- Proficiency in tools related to e-commerce management, analytics, and inventory control.
- A proactive approach, ability to work in cross-functional teams, and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in e-commerce or marketplace coordination for a FMCG brand.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
