Key Responsibilities Marketplace Management
- Manage end-to-end operations for the Nykaa marketplace platform.
- Handle product listings, catalog management, pricing updates, and inventory coordination.
- Ensure all product pages are optimized with accurate descriptions, keywords, images, and content.
- Monitor product performance and take proactive actions to improve sales and visibility.
Sales & Campaign Execution
- Plan and execute marketplace sale events, promotional campaigns, and seasonal launches.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign readiness, stock availability, creatives, and promotions.
- Drive participation in Nykaa sale events and ensure maximum visibility during campaigns.
- Track campaign performance and optimize strategies for higher ROI.
Growth & Performance Optimization
- Improve product discoverability, organic rankings, and conversion rates on the platform.
- Analyze marketplace metrics including traffic, impressions, CTR, conversion rate, and sales performance.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and marketplace trends.
- Implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and repeat purchases.
Marketplace Marketing
- Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotions, sponsored ads, and visibility campaigns.
- Optimize marketplace advertising and promotional spends for better returns.
- Coordinate with account managers and marketplace stakeholders for growth opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, campaign effectiveness, and category trends.
- Maintain dashboards and provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer behavior.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Collaborate with operations, supply chain, design, content, and marketing teams.
- Ensure timely product launches and smooth execution of marketplace activities.
- Resolve operational issues related to listings, logistics, returns, or customer experience.
